About Elite Home Improvements Group

Elite Home Improvements Group, LLC is a remodeling contractor in Port St. Lucie, Florida, serving homeowners across the Treasure Coast since 2015. We hold Florida certified general contractor license CGC1529124, we self-perform with our own crew, and we keep a product showroom in Port St. Lucie where clients select cabinetry, countertops, tile, and flooring in person. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes, and install flooring and hurricane impact windows, across St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Palm Beach, and Okeechobee counties. Every project runs under one contract, managed by one licensed team, from first measurement to final inspection.

Our Story

Elite Home Improvements has been remodeling homes on the Treasure Coast since 2015, when Carmine Iarriccio, known to most of his clients as Nick, started taking on kitchen and bathroom projects around Port St. Lucie. What began as a small home improvement operation grew into a licensed general contracting company with a product showroom, a full in house crew, and the ability to carry a remodel from first measurement to final inspection without handing any part of it to someone else.

The growth came one referral at a time. Homeowners hired us for a bathroom, then called back for the kitchen, then sent us to a neighbor. That is still how most of our work arrives, and it is why we have never chased the lowest bid in this market. A remodel done right gets talked about for years. So does one done cheaply.

Meet Our Founder, Carmine "Nick" Iarriccio

Elite Home Improvements Group was founded by Carmine Iarriccio, who most clients simply call Nick. He holds Florida certified general contractor license CGC1529124 and stays personally involved in projects, from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. Clients regularly name him in their reviews, usually alongside the crew, which is what happens when the owner is on the job instead of behind a desk.

Nick built Elite around one idea: a homeowner should hire one contractor, sign one contract, and hold one company accountable for the finished result. That is why we self-perform with our own crew, keep our own showroom, and carry our own general contractor license rather than borrowing one to pull permits.

Why Treasure Coast Homeowners Hire a Licensed Remodeling Contractor

A remodel means trusting a team inside your home with a serious investment. Here is what separates us from a cabinet shop or a specialty installer.

We Hold Our Own General Contractor License

Florida certified general contractor license CGC1529124, verifiable with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. We pull our own permits and schedule our own inspections. We do not borrow a license from a partner company to do it. Permitted work protects your home value, your insurance, and your resale.

We self-perform with our own team rather than assembling a different set of subs for every job. You never coordinate between a cabinet shop, a plumber, and an electrician. One contract, one schedule, one company accountable.

Our Port St. Lucie showroom keeps cabinetry displays, quartz and granite slabs, tile, and flooring on hand. Open the doors, compare the slabs, see the tile across a floor before it is ordered. Open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Cabinetry finishes, countertops, and flooring chosen for coastal humidity, hurricane season, and salt air. A finish that lasts up north does not always last here, and we plan for that from the first material selection.

What We Build in Port St. Lucie and Across the Treasure Coast

Because we hold a general contractor license, we take the whole project rather than one trade. Most of our work is kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling, often together, and those projects pull in the rest of what we do: flooring installation that runs through the whole house, countertops and backsplashes selected in our showroom, custom showers with frameless glass, and crown molding and interior trim that finishes a room properly. We also handle whole home renovations, condo remodeling with the association approvals that come with it, and hurricane impact windows and doors, which most Treasure Coast homeowners are thinking about long before storm season.
